- Recognise the importance of providing advice and support to the Owners Corporation (OC), via the representative Committee.
- Understands that the Committee, with overarching responsibility of the OC operations, is invaluable to effectively manage the responsibilities and duties of the Owners Corporation.
- In collaboration with the Committee, Strata Base will assist in;
- Financial Management: – Budget forecasting, levying of fees, debt collection, accounts payable and accrued based financial reporting.
- Operational Governance: – the day-to-day management, guidance and enforcement of the OC Rules
- Administration: of responsive customer service, queries, insurance claims, service agreements, contract negotiations and secretarial services for the OC members.
- Dispute Resolution: if at any time a member has an issue with the OC or Strata Base, we are accountable to that member having the opportunity for their issue to be heard and recorded via the prescribed process
- Representation: of the OC members, the Committee of management, where required i.e. VCAT if and where required.
